unyer (a Swiss Verein) based in Zurich, Switzerland, is a global association of law firms providing legal services to clients worldwide through its member firms and affiliates, including Fidal, KWR, Luther and Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati (“Member Firms”). These Member Firms are legally independent of each other. unyer itself does not provide any legal or other advisory services to clients.
